About Chubby Tech
Ask for apparel and you get a hundred near-misses; Chubby Tech is one of the few that answers the question as asked. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. It is weknow's work. With 4 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size.
Our own plan for it is book, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
If you came in looking for apparel industry, book designing, brand identity and cartoon, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. We keep it under Display and Poster Fonts, which is where to look if you want the rest of the display and poster fonts we have gone through. People after this usually search display, poster, headline, vintage and retro too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. Put next to the usual requests here — vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
