About Boldexa
We put Boldexa on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf because advertising font is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. The save count is still small at 1, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Wow Magic is the name on the listing. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. We keep it filed mentally under advertising typography, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether advertising font was the description or the aspiration.
The words on the listing are apparel font, bold display, boldexa and bold font, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. The neighbouring searches are poster, headline, vintage, retro and slab — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it. Put next to the usual requests here — vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. On this site it lives on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing display and poster fonts rather than searching for it by name.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
