About Blowy Cookies
What we like about Blowy Cookies is how little it tries to be everything — it does autumn, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. The designer behind it is Typefar. The save count is still small at 5, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any.
Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. The obvious job for it is baby, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether autumn is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
