About Beauty Retro
What we like about Beauty Retro is how little it tries to be everything — it does 70s font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. It has 144 saves behind it — enough that we trust the demand, not just our own taste. gloow studio is the name on the listing. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any.
If you want one use for it, take 80s font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether 70s font is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
