About Witcher

If ads is what you came for, start here — Witcher is the plainest reading of that request on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf. It is Brown Cupple Fonts's work. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 3 reviews, and we read the low scores first when there are any. It sits at 24 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.

The obvious job for it is blog posts, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. We would not hesitate on this one, beyond the two minutes it costs to read the licence tab.

How to use this font

  1. Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
  2. Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
  3. Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
  4. Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
