About Trendy Camo
What we like about Trendy Camo is how little it tries to be everything — it does 4 july, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf. The designer behind it is Army Custom. The listing shows 5.0 out of 5 on 1 review, which is better evidence than the thumbnail. Only 43 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
The obvious job for it is alphabet, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
