About Retro Heart 1
Most of what turns up under abc letters printable needs work before it is usable. Retro Heart 1 is the version that does not. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Only 3 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. It is daisy world's work.
A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. Our own plan for it is alphabet a-z numbers, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
