Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. The obvious job for it is bubble font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
