About Merry Jolly
Merry Jolly is our advertising fonts pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. 5.0 out of 5 from 3 reviews — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. We are not the first to notice: 251 makers saved it on before we did, and that number is the closest thing to a verdict the platform gives. Nobu Collections made it.
If you want one use for it, take alphabet: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. The score is good enough that the risk is small. We would still look at the preview full size and read the licence tab before using it for anything we sell.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
