About Jerem

The reason Jerem is here is boutique logo and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. It is Angel_Srapix's work. 5.0 out of 5 from 1 review — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. Only 1 person has saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.

A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. The obvious job for it is cosmetic packaging, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether boutique logo is really what you are getting.

It answers to editorial typeface, fashion font, high-end design and lookbook typography, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. We filed it under Decorative and Dingbat Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. Put next to the usual requests here — blackletter font pairing, cinzel decorative font pairing, decorative script fonts, modern blackletter fonts and monogram fonts for cricut — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. The same shelf also answers to decorative, dingbat, blackletter, colorful and colour, so widen the search there before giving up on it.

How to use this font

  1. Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
  2. Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
  3. Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
  4. Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
