About Ironwraith
What we like about Ironwraith is how little it tries to be everything — it does album cover font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf. The listing shows 5.0 out of 5 on 1 review, which is better evidence than the thumbnail. The designer behind it is DREAM. The save count is still small at 1, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. We keep it filed mentally under alternative font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
