The reason Halloween is here is advertising font and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. The obvious job for it is back to school, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows.
