About Danko Arrival
We put Danko Arrival on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf because album cover font is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. The save count is still small at 7, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 2 reviews, and we read the low scores first when there are any. The designer behind it is Creative Fabrica Fonts.
A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. Set the headline you actually want in the preview before deciding it carries more. Put it to work on blackletter font first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
