About Cody
Ask for all-caps font and you get a hundred near-misses; Cody is one of the few that answers the question as asked. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any. With 3 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. It is Creativeguru's work.
Our own plan for it is all caps typeface, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Type cathedral display font, cody font, commercial font and craft svg font into the search above and this one comes back — the same font under four different habits of phrasing. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on blackletter font pairing, cinzel decorative font pairing, decorative script fonts, modern blackletter fonts and monogram fonts for cricut, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first. We keep it under Decorative and Dingbat Fonts, which is where to look if you want the rest of the decorative and dingbat fonts we have gone through. Related wording on the shelf: decorative, dingbat, blackletter, colorful and colour. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
