About Christmas Doodle
Most of what turns up under affinity designer font needs work before it is usable. Christmas Doodle is the version that does not. It sits at 31 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. It comes from Apiwat Type. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
We keep it filed mentally under affinity font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether affinity designer font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
