About Cancer
What we like about Cancer is how little it tries to be everything — it does awareness font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf. Buyers put it at 5.0 out of 5 over 1 review; worth clicking through to see what they actually said. ProFonts made it. Only 3 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. The obvious job for it is awareness shirt font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
