About Boom Street Graffiti
Boom Street Graffiti is our alphabet pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. The save count is still small at 36, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. VividDoodle is the name on the listing.
A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. Put it to work on beginning swash first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
