About Blegor
Ask for artdeco and you get a hundred near-misses; Blegor is one of the few that answers the question as asked. Only 14 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. The designer behind it is qrdesignstd. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any.
A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. Our own plan for it is blackletter, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
