About Black Quality
There is nothing clever about Black Quality, and that is the compliment: it does what the shelf promises and stops there. Plenty of people got here before us: 700 of them saved it. The listing shows 4.9 out of 5 on 9 reviews, which is better evidence than the thumbnail. Alit Design made it.
We would keep it for the project where a font has to work on the first try. Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. A rating like that takes most of the guesswork out. The preview at full size takes out the rest.
People after this usually search blackletter, colorful, colour, ornament and monogram too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. On this site it lives on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing decorative and dingbat fonts rather than searching for it by name. The searches that bring people to this shelf are blackletter font pairing, cinzel decorative font pairing, decorative script fonts, modern blackletter fonts and monogram fonts for cricut — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
