About Autumn Show
What we like about Autumn Show is how little it tries to be everything — it does autumn decor font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Decorative and Dingbat Fonts shelf. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Only 12 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. Credit goes to AEN Creative Studio.
We would use it the way the listing hints — autumn headline font — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. A decorative face carries one word, maybe two. If you are tempted to set a whole headline in it, set it in the preview first and see what happens. How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
